Role: Architectural test fitting of the guidelines developed by Kevin King + City of North Vancouver planning staff with input by myself and Shane Oleksiuk. I designed all architectural test fits across multiple typologies including Low-Rise, Mid-Rise, Hi-Rise, and Mixed-Use. Currently you can find the low-rise design guidelines on the CNV website. Mid-Rise, Hi-Rise, and Mixed-Use still under development.
