Role: Won the RFP and began schematic design under the new SSMUH rules for Burnaby. In collaboration with Maru Kim, we came up with the concept and then I brought it into construction documentation ready for BP submission. BP approval was awarded but client decided not to build for reasons out of my control. I was introduced to my client through a local builder.
